WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
We’re here to help! emporium hand picks designers and fashion lines in an effort to bring our fabulous clients a variety of the most amazing styles. Which also means that sizing varies from piece to piece, so we put together a general Size Guide below. We can also let you know if a particular item runs big or small, short or long.  Measurements are in inches.
X SMALL  Size: 00-0  •  Bust Size: 30-32 •  Waist: 23-24  •  Hips: 32-33
SMALL Size: 0-4  •  Bust: 32-34  •  Waist: 25-27 •  Hips: 34-36

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
That would be a YES! Here’s how it works:
1. Call us Tuesday – Saturday from 11 am – 7pm at: 786.268.0689
2. Have ready the reference number listed in the captions section on Instagram and Facebook of the pieces that you’re buying
3. We’ll send you a PayPal link and voila, that outfit is as good as hanging in your closet!

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments. Sorry, we don’t accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
Only if you’re shipping your order to Florida, applicable sales tax will be added automatically.

CAN I USE PROMO CODES WITH THE PURCHASE OF ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR SALE ITEMS?
Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.

CAN I USE PROMO CODES AND/OR DISCOUNTS TO PURCHASE GIFT CARDS?
Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.

DOMESTIC PROCESSING TIMES ON STANDARD ORDERS
For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous emporium girls work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 3 to 5 additional business days! We ship all orders as efficiently as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact us directly for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES & PROCESSING TIMES
We are currently offering international shipping. Please contact us directly to get an estimated shipping price. We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges.
Standard international shipping times: Once your order is successfully submitted, we will get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days. Then, our speedy mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 3 to 21 additional business days! Please note that this delivery window is an estimate and, depending on customs for your country, your package may be delayed.

CAN I PLACE AND ORDER AND PICK IT UP?
Sure thing! There are two ways:
IN-STORE PICKUP
We need 1 business day to process and complete your order, but don’t worry- you’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s ready to go home with you! Trying to figure out where to park? There are plenty of options! The Palace Garage on Andalusia Ave {$1/hr} or the valet stand in front of Miller’s Ale House on Galiano Street ($5 during construction) and we VALIDATE for valet with every $50 purchase!

CURBSIDE PICK UP {NO PARKING REQUIRED}
We need approximately 2 hours to process and complete your order. Don’t forget, we can’t process your order until your PayPal invoice has been completed. Once your order is ready, we will call you and you can drive through our back alley {located off of Galiano St.} and we will run your pretty things out to you! If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it’s our goal to make things right as soon as possible!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item you can gift to a lucky friend!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
1. Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
2. All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
3. Anything purchased with any form of personalization or special order is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
4. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
5. Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn with original tags on them.
6. Shipping is non-refundable.

HOW DO EXCHANGES WORK?
We have a limited number of swoon-worthy style featured online and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. Luckily, the emporium girls feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and they’ll issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as possible! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your shiny new gift card to snatch it right up!

WHAT ABOUT USING MY GIFT CARDS {STORE CREDIT}?
Oh, store credit. That beautiful little thing that allows you to be the proud owner of fabulous pieces that’ll have everyone you encounter wishing they were you. Here are a couple of things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift card and sent via email.
1. If you have your eye on that must-have maxi and it’s a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required. Pssst… it’s totally worth it!
2. Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

HOW CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if the emporium girls have not already processed it {usually within 2-4 hours}. We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item. If it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order.
